Course Details

• Duration: 2-3 hours
• Location: - Canoe Centre, Palmerstown
• Equipment: - All gear provided or you can bring your own

What You'll Experience

• Foundations of Movement - Learn body position, paddle setup and execution
• Breath & Calm - Building comfort underwater and increase control
• Natural rolling techniques - Sweep roll, C-to-C and variations to suit your style
• Adapting to Conditions - Rolling on flatwater, in flow and dynamic river environments.
• Mindful Recovery - Reading the water and responding with intention
